prozac memory - chisel tone/mapmaker 7''

prozac memorys second 7'' from 94 one of my personal favorites mapmaker is a classic. prozac were a great emo band out of Columbia, MIssouri they put out two eps a split lp with back of dave and were on a couple comps. sadly they were only around for a few short years 91-95 but put out lots of good music in that time and these two songs are some of there best.

spirit assembly fruit of hate ep

this is where it started the first spirit assembly 7'' fruit of hate from 1992 they had a dc/ fugazi sound to them on this record later evolving to a more emo/scremo hardcore on the car vs driver split and landcaster lp (that ill be posting soon) any ways enjoy some good pennsylvania emo with this one

thorns progress ep

thorns were another over looked band that came out of the revolution summer scene not from dc but from virgina, kinda reminds me of a faster ignition for some reason. recorded in 87 at the inner ear studio mix by ian mackaye him self, aside from this 7''er they also put out an lp and had a track on the state of the union comp but progress is my favorite thorns release check it out
